Hi guys,

I was looking into activity filters (https://help.tenderapp.com/kb/getting-organized/automatically-processing-stale-discussions-with-activity-filters). When navigating to settings I can't find the activity filters.

Do you have any idea how to activate this? I am able to make web hooks so I would say I do have the correct rights.

Thanks, best,
Geert

Activity filters are not a non-profit plan feature.

    Thanks,

    Hi Nicole,

Is there any way you could activate this? It’s kind of a key feature as we keep on missing tickets.

    Thanks!

Unfortunately, no, this is not a feature available for non-profit plans. Can you explain how you're missing discussions? There may be something we can help with within your plan features.

    Thanks,
    Nicole

    Hi Nicole,

So basically we reply to an update which removes it from pending. It would be nice to move it back to pending after a couple days of inactivity.

We could do a workaround with queuing “waiting for user response” but this means a manual task (and likely to result in errors).

    Thanks!

Whenever your customer replies to your update it will bring it back to Pending, but if you need to have it in Pending before that then yes, a queue is your best option.

    Thanks,
    Nicole
