There is at least one other discussion referencing this, and I was previously told that using Markdown in email replies was not supported. I'm just wondering if this has changed at all? I would love to be able to include external image references and code blocks from my email client, as right now if I want to format any sample code or include an inline screenshot, I have to wait until I can log into the website...

    Brett -

It is still not supported as all incoming mail is parsed as plain text. This isn't something we're likely to change in the near future, but we do have a development ticket from previous discussion about this (https://help.tenderapp.com/discussions/suggestions/664-markdown-in-...). We'll update this discussion if/when it is something we put on our roadmap.

    Thanks,
    Nicole
