Create a discussion in the name of a user.
If I get some of my discussions from other channels (even phone), how can I create a discussion which shows "started from" a user of choice instead of me or the support staff actually creating it?

You can create a new discussion and add the user as watcher, so the user is part of that discussion. It will be created under your support staff user name, but will send a notification to the user, prompting them to respond and/or receive updates.
