How does the email integration work?
Hi,
Say I have a ecom store, how will you pull email from my [email blocked] account? Do you support SSL connections? what about backups for my emails?

You need to forward your email to a Tender email address for a category. All emails are stored twice -- once in our email system, and again in Tender as an actual comment.

You need to set this up on your server -- to forward the emails to the special email address for each category.
