Sitewide HTML and/or Javascript

Is there any way to include a small amount of HTML or Javascript sitewide? I'd like to add a link to the footer of all tender pages, ideally I'd like to embed a JS widget on all pages but I realize that may not be possible.

    Only possible on the home pages. We are considering it, though..

    Yeah, I've noticed that. Would really love to have it as a site wide
    feature. I added a live chat widget to the homepage, but want it across the
    whole site.

    I don't know why you wouldn't allow it. You already allow it on the main
    page. You also allow sitewide CSS. It would be great to offer a similar
    feature for JS.

    I would really like this feature too! we use olark so would be nice to be able to use this product within tenderapp
