Search Terms Report
Looking to get some insight into what users are searching for in the KB. Is there a way to run reports on this?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Thanks. I’m guessing we’re not on a plan that has these features (like Wordcount) since I don’t see this in the Reports section. However it seems this is more about words used in discussions vs searches in the KB. Am I understanding that correctly?

Hey Tom, you're right, we don't currently track the terms being searched for, but it's a great idea.
