Is it possible to add more support staff without upgrading plan?
We are a Web communications department at a public university and we don't have a lot of money but love the idea of Tender for Web support by our campus community. We get ~50 support requests via email per day that is handled by a staff of 11 total. Is it possible to use the "Plus" account and just add additional support staff at a cost per staff member? We don't need the extra space or discussion filters.

This functionality is actually in the works and close to being available. I've made a ticket so that you will be updated when we have per user pricing available.
