Can we set up Tiers and Support Escalations?
I am new to Tender and would like to set up multi-tier support with the first tier handling known Q&A and escalating to the second tier anything that takes further investigation. Would the Queues be the best way to do this?

yes, this is a great case for queues. You can have individual support staff subscribe to a specific queue only.
