Tender not pulling in emails

Hello,

It looks like we have not had an email pulled in the past 7 hours. Are there any known issues that would be causing this?

   Stephanie,

   Yes, we had an issue that caused email processing to be backed up. All emails should be processed through the system now. Please let us know if that does not seem to be the case. We apologize for the inconvenience.
