Input of customers direct emails to senior support staff into Tender
Our customers frequently send emails directly to senior support staff individuals using their individual work email (ex: [email blocked]). Many of these requests can be handled by a first tier team, which would allow us to scale our support staff more easily. I want to verify that this can be done and if it is described in the processes for "Setting up email" and "Setting up forwarding in Gmail" or should I use other processes? Thanks.

Yes, you are correct - that is exactly what Tender was designed to do :)
Depending on your host, follow the steps found in our relative KB article on the subject.
