auto-response/suggestions
Does tenderapp have the ability to auto-suggest forum discussions in response to new discussions/questions in the same way that it auto-suggests knowledge base articles?

No. we only suggest KB articles. We've been trying to see if suggesting discussions is ever accurate and turns out, it isn't.
