Legit support requests being flagged as spam
Hi,
We're having a serious problem with legit support requests being flagged as spam.
It seems to happen very often when a suport request includes snippets of html/template code. Since we're a CMS and a good deal of help requests are for details related to our template engine this happens a lot.
It's a big problem because it sometimes causes us to take much loner to respond than what we like, and it makes the spam filter functionality unusable since we have to make sure we go through all requests marked as spam each day in order to find these. Is there any way to simply disable the spam filter?

Mathias,
Can you link to some of the discussions that were erroneously marked as spam?

Matthias,
We have been having some issues with our spam filter for messages generated via the web ui. I've assigned this discussion to the relevant development ticket. We appreciate the example as it will help us track down the larger issue.
We will update you here when we have made any updates.
