Mass delete
Is it possible to somehow fully empty the trash at once? I've been doing some maintentance and I would like to empty the trash with one click instead of removing 30 at a time out of many thousands. Select all and then delete only removes the paginated selection.
Furthermore it would be nice to be able to see more than 30 messages per page with a setting etc.
