Discussions from a company's pending invites

It's really cool that someone who is invited to a company can create discussions without having to create a Tender account. However, these discussions don't appear to be visible to other members of the company. Even after the user creates an account.
Perhaps I am mistaken and this functionality is already supported and I'm just doing something wrong? If not, is this the behavior intended or just an edge case that hasn't been considered yet?

Michael,
The user will have to create an account for their messages to be associated with the company. Anyone can always post to Tender without making an account, but they'll need to make one to be associated with a company, and then only their discussions going forward will be visible to others in the company.
