Ability to close and add watchers
Hi
Is there a way to allows standard users to close/open comments and add/remove watchers only?
Currently, it seems only support staff can do this.

Users can close their own discussions.. but not those of others. You can create 'limited access' support staff who can access the discussion part of the site, with no access to reports or settings..
