Hi,

I hope all is well at Tender.

Is there a way for me to export out the KB articles we have created or is this something you would have to do?

   Ritchie,

   We can send you a full account export in JSON format. We don't have a way to just export the KB. Do you want to schedule an export?

   screenshots be included? How will I be able to view the content in JSON
   format? Are there any special steps required on my end?

   Ritchie,

   It will include all the data in your account and reference screenshots, but they won't be included. JSON can be read in a text editor. I'm not sure what you are wanting to do with the data. Is there someone on your team more familiar with JSON format? (just because it's not the easiest thing to talk you through)
