The change to $20/month a user just put you out of budget for my company. I would really go back to giving a few users per tier, it makes it a lot more attractive.

    Jeremy,

Thank you for your feedback. We worked hard to try to make the new plans attractive to the widest amount of users. It is helpful to know that at least in your case that is not true.

I am just saying that I had to show my boss the new pricing model before considering going forward and he was immediately turned off by the pricing model, we were looking at a $59 plan before but now that same plan is $109 a month.

    Jeremy,

Just checking back in to see if you are interested in signing up for a plan under the old pricing. We'd have to do that manually, so let us know.

    Thanks!
