How to turn off moderation
I want my Tenderapp to be for members only. I want members to be able to start discussions and have them post to the forum immediately. Is there are way to set it up this way?

Once you turn private mode on, new users are added via invite only (from your User management options on your dashboard under Account & Settings / Users), and they will have normal user privileges.
Private Mode isn't available on all plans -- if you do not see the Private Mode option on your site, you would need to upgrade to the Ultimo plan to enable Private Mode.
