SSO not working on an app set to private

Hello,

I integrated a Ternderapp account with a CustomerHub app, then I set the Tenderapp site to private. Now the SSO does not work. So members of the CH site can't get into the Tenderapp space when they click the link in the CH app.

Please advise a fix to get the SSO working. Should I turn the SSO off and then get a new api key and set it up again?

    Jessica,

    Have you spoken to CustomerHub about the issue? They are generally the ones that support issues with SSO between Tender and CustomerHub. If you have, let me know the email of the person you are talking to and I will add them as a watcher on this discussion and we can try to figure it out together. If not, I'd recommend contacting them as a better first step.
