Design Integration

I know your website mentions that you will integrate with the design so that users don't think they're leaving the site. Will the URL change for users who click on the "Contact Us" (or other) button to then be redirected to your services? Or will Tender Support literally sit on the website? I'm just trying to determine what level of integration you have and whether it's closer to a design skin with your URL or if it's more integrated than that.

Thanks!

    Jennifer,

You can set a custom domain for Tender (support.yourapp.com). With single sign-on, if the user is signed into your site, their credentials will pass automatically through to Tender so they don't need to sign on again.

So the user will never know they have left the client website? I'm more thinking of front end users and not admin users and at this point am more concerned with the URL they see.

Yes, for the customer it will seem like a relatively seamless experience. We even have the option in install a pop up widget from your site to raise a support issue.
