Hello! Our users are reporting that when I reply to a thread, they aren't getting the reply email sent to their inbox. They have said this started about 2 days ago and I'm wondering if anyone else has run into this or if this is a known issue. It could be that they changed something on their email security that is causing the emails to be blocked, just wondering. Thanks!

We haven't had any reports along those lines that I know of. I know this is pretty basic, but did they check their spam and trash boxes? How widespread is it on your account? How many users are we talking about?

Will - I do think this may be an issue with our users email security. I'm having look into it, I'll close this unless I hear otherwise. Thanks!
