Stop Word Setting
Hi,
I can't seem to find the Stop word setting in the Admin > Setting > Knowledge Base. I just have Knowledge Base on|off?
Could you tell me where I can find the ability to add stop words?

The knowledge base search doesn't use natural language processing. You have to match an exact phrase. There is not an option to set stop words.

How do I filter out my product name so it does not match on the name. When it auto suggest it always picks the article because of our product name?

Ahh, thanks for pointing that out. In this case, the KB article is in error. I will make that change to the article. My initial answer stands that you can't set stop words for the KB. Sorry for the confusion!
