What are my options for unthreading conversations? I do not necessarily want clients to see all responses from all parties.

You can split replies from the main discussion thread. You should see the option next to each user comment.

When we reply to a customer ticket:

       - Is there a way to let the customer see the entire thread or specific
       parts of the thread?
       - Is it possible to only let that particular customer see the issue?

    James,

If a thread was started by customer A and made private, there isn't a way to allow customer B to only see part of the the thread.

    Hi Amanda,

Can we allow customer A to only see part of the thread?

    Thanks again!

    James,

No, there is no way to do that in Tender. If a customer started a conversation, they are essentially the owner of that conversation. There's no way to change the permissions mid-conversation.

Can you explain a little bit more about your workflow so that I can perhaps suggest an alternative way to accomplish what you need?

You basically find a comment that user A made, you 'split' that into a
new discussion, and then only user A will see that new thread. And it
will link to both threads so your support staff and user A can see
"This comment was split into a new thread" on the original thread!
