Providing subcategories
Hi,
Our team is among your customers. Having the number of opening
discussion growing fast, we've faced the neccessity of having
subcategories inside of each standart category (Problems,
Questions, Suggestions). Can you provide it?

Hi Maks,
We do not currently have the capability to create sub-categories at this time. It's actually not something that has come up very often.
One thing that might help your team is to use queues along with categories -- we use queues both for team-specific (billing/dev/marketing) and function-specific (email/spam/KB) discussions. Using queues in conjunction with categories can help you divvy the workload up at a finer level.
That being said, we are always listening to new requests, so I will put this into our discussion for our upcoming iteration planning.
