Reminder of pending discussions

Hello,

On my tender account I have yellow reminder of pending discussions and about a week ago it suddenly disappeared. How can I get it back? It really helped organizing messages and reminded me of unread or unanswered messages.

    Actually, I don't know how but yellow reminder magically appeared again, so I guess I don't need help right now :)
