Can we have our custom domain point to our knowledge base?
We exclusively use an email forwarding system to create out tender discussions, so the our main tender page is of no use to us and potentially very confusing to our users. Because of that we don't want our custom site domain to point to the main tender page. Instead, we want it to point to our knowledge base.
Can we have our custom domain point to our knowledge base (http://mycustomsitedomain/kb or http://mycustomsitedomain/help/kb )? I read your custom domain article and was unable to find an answer to that question there.

Hi Kris,
Unfortunately this is not currently possible. The way custom domains work in Tender is: You point a domain at Tender's server and configure your Tender site with that custom domain. Now, when users visit that domain they are sent to Tender's servers. Tender uses that domain to look up your site and displays it to the user. There is currently no option in Tender itself to force the knowledge base as the default landing page.
