Using Lighthouse Keywords When Creating Lighthouse Tickets from Tender
I found this conversation: 1100-createing-lighthouse-tickets-in-tender, but it didn't quite answer my question.
I see the keywords here: http://help.lighthouseapp.com/kb/ticket-workflow/ticket-keyword-upd..., but I don't know where to put said keywords (or how they should be listed or identified) when creating the Lighthouse ticket from Tender.
Please help!

You can use the same keywords in the ticket creation via Tender that you use in emails. Here's a primer on accepted keywords - http://help.lighthouseapp.com/kb/ticket-workflow/ticket-keyword-upd....
So, for instance, if you wanted to assign the ticket to someone, you'd put
[responsible:jane]. As long as you have them forrmatted as `[keyword:value]', you'll be good.Let us know if you have any questions.

Where do you put the keywords? In the title? I'm the test? In the tabs
field?

The keywords go in the ticket body content. I usually put them at the bottom, but as long as they have their own line they can go at the top if you prefer.

How about setting notifications? If I wanted to notify more that just the responsible person about the ticket when creating it from Tender, is there a key word combo?
