I was wondering if I can offer the Tender in two languages (in my case English and French). I need a client to be able to choose the language of the public interface . For the knowledge base, would I just have to create a single entry for each language?

I'm sorry, right now we don't have multiple language support. We hope to add this in the future but we're still very concentrated of core features for the time being.
