CC handling

Hi,
We have just set up a trial of Tender and we are having some strange issues with CC'ing.
- Emailing from an outside email address, CC to another outside email address does not add the CC address as a watcher.
- Emailing from an inside email addresses, CC to an outside email address seems to add the CC address as a watcher.
There doesn't seem to be consistency in behaviour but ultimately we would like any CC from any address (internal or external) to be added as watchers automatically.

Sorry about the delay in responding. Tender only allows support staff to add watchers via CCing. The reason for this is because otherwise, spam users (or just well meaning regular users) can start a discussion in Tender while cc'ing/adding as watchers as many people as they'd like, which in turns makes people end up marking the discussion as spam. We used to allow it and then removed it for this exact reason. I know it is inconvenient, but I hope you can appreciate the logic of why we had to remove the feature.
