And what about multidomain ? If I have 10 domains and want to use the same product, but different languages?

Our multi-language support is currently in beta mode. We are currently are accepting translations here. I don't think there is currently a Russian translation.
Unfortunately we do not support multiple domains through one instance of Tender. We'd recommend an instance of Tender for each product/domain.
