We don't currently have reporting available for the number of
views Knowledge Base articles get, but that is something we would
like to add when we can. We typically plan our milestones out a few
weeks in advance, so we don't currently have reporting
updates/additions on the schedule.
That said, having more visibility in how users are using KB
articles (and how often suggested articles solve problems without
support intervention) is definitely something we want to do.
