is it possible to do macros/snippets/templated replies to tickets?

   Hey Peter,

   No. We don't like the way it 'robiticizes' support. It's something that I do want to provide in some form, but we haven't come up with a way of doing it that retains the human feel that Tender is all about.

   However you can use something like TextExpander to provide snippets in the mean time. http://smilesoftware.com/TextExpander/
