I'd like to use the email support feature in tenderapp.
Once I'm forwarding our support emails to the specific tenderapp
I understand that I can setup the system to automatically create
a new discussion for the incoming email.
However, is it possible to automatically mark the discussion as
We need to do that. Maybe later on the support agent could decide
to make the discussion public, but it should be private by

Discussions that come in through email should be private by
default. Can you provide an example where this is not
