CustomerHub handles issues of integration between our two products.

discussion with Customerhub.
They claim that the forum you guys sell is only for support, it is not an actual discussion forum, like I had hoped, and the intergration they claim is just setting a link to go to your page, when I really would like to have it as an Iframe (cropped if possible) or something of the like that would be an actual part of my customer hub and not just a link to another page :( If this is incorrect I would love to know this, As I am currently searching for forum alternatives .
We are definately more of a "submit a question, get an answer
from an admin user" type system, but if all of your discussions are
public, there is nothing preventing users from helping each
We do offer a widget and single sign-on, meaning that users
could click the "support" button from your site, have a box pop up
to submit their question and have it seamlessly posted to your
Tender. If they then wanted to review the question they just
posted, they will be able to log into Tender seamlessly as long as
they are first logged into your CustomerHub site.
