Single sign on confuses visitors
Hi,
We use single sign on to let users acesss our tender without
registration. However we keep hearing from users that they cant log
in because they are not aware of the fact that they should get into
our account and then go to tender from there.
How can we solve this?
Can we add a permament message to all emails ? Is there a way you
can add a message to our users when they hit the tender url and
logged out?
Please advise
thanks
Nir

Hi Nir,
This seems like bug or misfeature to me. In my opinion when new users reach your site they should be redirected to your actual login page instead of showing Tender's login page with only a link to yours. I think the original purpose was to allow users with non-SSO accounts to log in, but this can be worked around by going directly to /login on your Tender.
I've made a ticket to fix this, we'll let you know here when it's done.
