Plugin
Hello,
Is there a way to setup the default conversations to Private in the plugin? This is a MUST for us since we have customers that are extremely competitive within each other in the same market. We can't risk it having to remember to manually change the conversations as private.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

When managing the categories (at the bottom left hand side of the screen from the main dashboard view) you should see the option to default categories to private.

Something doesn't seem to be working right. The "Problems" category is set to private but now it doesn't appear as on option in the plugin that we have setup on the site.
This seems to be something pretty basic and it doesn't seem to be working as it should.

If you select the box with the arrow pointing to it in your settings, the category will be displayed.
