Dear sir/madam,

Is it possible to auto-close a discussion after X amount of days - if the last comment was ours?

Thanks,

Wilco

    Wilco -

Yes, we have an activity filter that will allow you to close the discussion based on last customer-visible activity, so essentially if support staff is the last to comment then you could say close after X days. If the customer comes back and replies to the discussion it would re-open it.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks,
    Nicole

Go to your account dashboard, to Account & Settings and select "Settings" from the drop-down.

From there you'll want to select "Activity Filters" from the left hand sidebar. Let me know your account name if you don't see it.

    Thanks,
    Nicole

    Wilco,

It looks like you are on a Core plan. Unfortunately this feature is only available on our Ultimo plan at this time. Sorry about the confusion.
