Delegating a ticket?
I could have sworn I submitted this question yesterday but it doesn't seem to show up so maybe it didn't work.
I was curious to know if I'm missing something as I can't see the ability to delegate a ticket to a different team member—is this possible?

This should hopefully be rolled up in a feature called queues we're working on: http://help.tenderapp.com/discussions/suggestions/13-assign-issues-to-staff
