Still not considering an integration with Jira? It's now considered a requirement for any help desk tool we consider; without it, unfortunately might have to move away from considering Tender.

We've just expanded our ticketing integration and Jira is definitely one of the two or three considered platforms.

Justin,
We are a small team and usually only schedule our work out a week or two in advance. All I can say is that working on Jira integration is not currently scheduled.
