Will Email Messages Remain in Inbox, after Setting Up Tender?
After setting up TenderApp, and connecting it to our support email address, will TenderApp "delete + import" all of the messages in our email inbox, or will it simply "import" all of the messages, leaving them existing in the inbox as well?
We're pretty interested in setting up TenderApp, but we are a little concerned that it might "clean out" our inbox during the process of importing, and for us that would be a problem.

If you have a typical setup, it will only forward the emails to Tender. Any actions to the original email would be handled by your email client, not Tender.
Be advised that once it is forwarded you'd want to respond to via Tender's thread, not the original email, in order for Tender to track the conversation.
