Echo templates and liquid variables?
Echo templates are a great addition. Well done.
It's unclear as to whether it's possible to use Liquid variables in the templates. If not, this is a must-have.

What sort of variables would you like to see?

first_name, company, last_name etc.
Are there custom fields in Tender?
If so and, in combination with liquid in echo templates, I would switch back to Tender from Desk.com in an instant.
