Default support staff name?
Is there a way to create a default support staff assignment based on any type of discussion filter or similar technique?

Hi Peter,
Having discussions always automatically assigned to a specific user somewhat defeats the purpose of assignment (someone triaging the request and assigning it to the correct person). However, I do think having Assignment as a filter or activity filter option is something we can explore. I'll bring it up to the team at our next meeting.
