Hi there,

I saw a ticket about this in Nov 2011 but wanted to check to see if there is anything in the works. We would like to use Tender for internal issues but this won't work unless we can modify the submission form to require more information (ex. browser version, platform, etc.). Is this possible?

Thanks,
Fiona

If you were to use the widget, you could customize the data, but not the actual form submission on jumpspark.tenderapp.com. Here's the knowledge base article on customizing the widget - https://help.tenderapp.com/kb/setup-installation/adding-and-customi...

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Thanks,

Thanks, I should have added this to my question too:

Once we modify the Tender ticket fields, can we do the same for Lighthouse? It looks like we might if we use the API as outlined in this LH help ticket. We are trying to streamline the queue process and we can only do this if we add more fields for our team to review issues.

    Thanks again,
    FIona

No, you wouldn't be able to do customization to the Lighthouse tickets created from Tender. You could use the existing keywords option, for instance in the body of the ticket using responsible:fiona would make sure the ticket was assigned to you - http://help.lighthouseapp.com/kb/ticket-workflow/ticket-keyword-upd.... Otherwise you'd just need to have your team know the "script" you wanted in Lighthouse tickets created from Tender at this time.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks,
    Nicole
