Adding a PDF for viewers to download
Is there anyway to attach a PDF to a Knowledge Base article that users could come in and download?

Angie,
Yes, you can add a pdf to the file drawer in the KB and then add that to the article. It will create a link to the file for people to download. Let us know if that is not the way it's working for you!
