<p>Just to be clear, when people search on the KB, you want the
system to ask them whether the article that the search returned was
useful to them? As a way to track the effectiveness of your support

I've seen this around (google apps' kb, notably). I
will make a ticket for it and we will tackle this when we work on
the big refresh of the KB in the new year. It's a great way of
