How to format your data/etc for importing calls for specialist
assistance. I'll assign this discussion to one of our Developers
and he'll help you out.

The most direct way to import discussions into Tender is to use
our import file format, described here:

http://help.tenderapp.com/kb/setup-installation/importing-to-tender

You can create this file using your own tools, or use ruby and
our toolkit to build one yourself:

http://github.com/zenhob/tender_import_scripts

This same format is also used by Tender to export data, so a
quick way to see a sample would be to export from a trial Tender.
Also note that while we can export discussions and knowledge base
articles, the import process only pulls in discussions at the
moment.

Hope this helps,
