I recently started helping Sparkbooth.com as a support assistant and have admin rights. I set up a new Discussion section and have a 1st posting with my instructions on using this section and I would like to LOCK it to the top as I have done in other PHP Forums. I am sure there must be a way to do this but I just have not been able to figure out (understand) how...?? Any advise would be helpful.

Thank you,

    Joe -

There is no way to lock a discussion to the top of any category. If you have information like that we tend to use knowledege base articles for that over a discussion in a category.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks,
    Nicole
