Add private note
I'd really like to be able to add a private note that is only available to other support staff.

Yeah I was looking for this as well.
I need to prompt people to see if the issue is sorted or if I need to do something.
For now I'll go wander over to the other guys desk and have a chat :)

+1 for this, private notes between Support Staff without opening a Lighthouse ticket is very important. Not all of our Support Staff has access to Lighthouse.

Throwing in my vote. Often there are times (like this weekend) where I am the only person manning Tender but there are issues I cannot resolve. I'd love to be able to leave notes for the other guys so they know what's going on with an issue when they get to it.
