add system stamp to admin side of issue tickets
It would be great to have a user system stamp (OS, browser make/version, resolution, etc.) visible on the admin side with each submitted issue. I have attached the system stamp from Kampyle as an example. This stamp answers a lot of troubleshooting questions without having to walk the user through a lot of technical steps to obtain the information.

Not a bad idea... You can actually set custom values with special tender_* cookies, if you use the cookie autologin feature.
