In emails to admins, use tenderapp.com hostname in link back to article
Right now, comment emails echo to admins with a footer link like: `Having trouble reading this? View this PRIVATE discussion online`
The links use the public custom hostname, which means it's cleartext. For those of us following Tender's BCP, that means we have to click `Log in to <X>` and get redirected to the `tenderapp.com` hostname with HTTPS. Given that it's the BCP, the footer link might as well use the HTTPS tenderapp.com URL for all admins.
